Message	What is the point of a deposit if it is refundable? To me by placing a deposit you are paying the seller to hold the item till you can pay for it. If you cancel, you have defaulted on your agreement to buy and forfeited your deposit. Otherwise there is no reason for a deposit. I am risking loosing a potential buyer if I hold the item. The person placing the deposit is risking loss of the cash. That way both parties are motivated to complete the deal. Just my 2 cents. I have never had a buyer who was serious complain. KK
